The environmental challenges we faced were having to figure out which LEDs to use, setting up a proper compost and recycle system, and changing purchasing practices to get the more expensive compostable to-go containers. We were assisted by rebates facilitated by the SF Green Business Program through the City and County of SF and the State of California.
