It was important to get my salon certified as a ‘green’ business because I live my personal life by ‘green’ standards so, why not my business too? By tradition, hair salons are considered to be stinky places that use toxic chemicals to change people’s hair structure, color and styles. I want everyone to know that it’s possible to have great hair that you love without having to use all of that nasty stuff. Besides being less toxic for everyone - clients & stylists alike - we do our conscious best to tread lighter on this planet, as well. Of course we compost (even the hair you leave behind!) and recycle. Beyond that, we offer plastic free / low waste - hair, personal and home products and have byob (bring your own bottle) refill stations. Gräsplan - better for your hair, and the planet!
