We were the first business to discontinue the use of styrofoam containers, as well as to eliminate single use plastic bags in our restaurant. We use organic locally grown produce. We installed an on-demand hot water heater. We serve food in reusable containers. Our register paper is free from chemicals. Our to-go containers are high recycled content. We offer recycling and recycle all cans, bottles, plastic containers use in food preparation. We're committed to minimal waste by using the entire stem on broccoli and chard, all chicken bones made into soup. We use energy efficient infrared heaters. Being environmentally conscious is is our biggest commitment in nature and to our bodies.
