While sustainability has always been a key part of our values and model, some of the seemingly smaller everyday practices in purchasing and waste management were our biggest hurdles that needed to be addressed. By streamlining our standards across the board for these areas, we are able to better equip and support our staff with the knowledge and resources they need to make greener choices. By adding signage, additional training, updated purchasing standards and renewed best practices for resource management, we are able to minimize the impact and footprint of our business operations. Through updated green practices, we are not only able to reduce our expenses but additionally increase our commitments to our core values as a company and community member.
