ViaeX is a seed-funded Bay Area start-up that develops sustainable nanomaterial from biowaste. We have a patent-pending technology platform to transform chitin/chitosan (a naturally charged, and abundant biowaste) into high-performance solutions. ViaeX applies a combination of computational, molecular, and nanoscale technologies to transform this versatile biomaterial for optimal performance in a wide range of applications, such as water purification, industrial separation, skin care.
We are currently fabricating material in lab scale. As we grow, we will be replacing several currently used non-recyclable materials with our biomaterial, thus leaving the world a cleaner and greener place for the generations to come.
