50% of our fitness equipment is refurbished. More 60% of our cardio equipment is self powering and requires no electricity. Our flooring is 100% recycled. Our bathroom uses low-flush toiliets, all of the tile in the bathroom was reclaimed and reused, our mirrors are all reclaimed. Our lights are all energy efficient and use efficient light bulbs. We use electronic marketing whenever possible; all of our printed material is made using soy inks and recycled papers. All of our paper products are composted. We have a water filtration system and use compostable cups. We don't have parking and our business plan encourages members to walk to the gym instead of driving. We use environmentally friendly cleaning products for everything and ask members to bring their own workout towels & waterbottles to cut down on waste. All papers are printed double sided. We used bio-bags for all dog waste on our dog walks and have recycled dog beds!
