We are basically paperless, with electronic medical records since we opened in 2005. We even have patients sign HPPA forms on erasable sheets which are then scanned in to their records. We use recycled paper for our printer and fax machines. We encouraged our property manager several years ago to bring recycling bins in to the shopping center (when we first came here there were none available).
