Our Mission is to welcome and treat clients, instructors and the environment exceptionally well. From the start, conscience decisions were made to equip the studio with energy efficiency, organic products, reusable supplies and recycled materials. Due to our location on the water and strategic window placement, we take advantage of the natural breeze and lighting. The use of ceiling fans helps to cool down on exceptionally hot days while all overhead lighting is LED for energy efficiency. By using micro-fiber towels for cleaning, most single use waste is eliminated. All cleaning products are organic and eco-friendly. We are 75% paperless - retail transaction receipts are emailed instead of printed, client information and waivers are completed online. Any printing done is on recycled paper with a printer using a rechargeable ink toner. We aim to stress your muscles not the environment!
