Colma is a community that considers sustainability impacts of Town’s decisions on future generations. Colma strives to preserve the environment and provide economic well-being for our residents and businesses. Colma City Council unanimously adopted our Climate Action Plan (CAP) in May 2013 and are actively implementing the CAP programs. The CAP contains programs to meet AB 32 (California’s Global Warming Solutions Act) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 15% below 2005 emissions by 2020.
