When we built Aloha Steakhouse we constructed with 100% recycled materials. Everything from our front doors, tables, chairs, toilets, artwork, dishes and utensils, kitchen equipment, our bar top, and all the wood walls and everything in between. We even recycled 52 employees from the Ventura Chart house that closed, we hired every single person, they had a combined work time together of 750 years. For the last four years we have participated in a recycle program that makes use of our food waste. We are currently no foam and no plastic for our coustomer items. We just learned about paper straws that we are implementing very soon. Our goal is to be as green as possible.
