Sustainability is baked into everything we do — literally. As a chef-led company, we built Roux Catering around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. This means less transportation, less waste, and food that actually tastes like where it came from. We work with local farms and purveyors, design menus around what's growing now, and minimize single-use plastics at every event. Our floral designs prioritize locally grown flowers and we NEVER use green foam. Because we believe in taking care of people as much as the planet, we started NoHungerHere — a nonprofit working to end food insecurity in our community. Being green isn't a category we checked; it's the way we cook, plan, and operate every single day.
