The employee kitchen is stocked with reusable food ware. Striving to be a paperless operation, all forms and documents are processed and stored electronically. To support the recycled paper industry and recycling, Angeles purchases unbleached paper products such as multi-fold and kitchen towel rolls made by Seventh Generation. To prevent pollution, Angeles phased in non-toxic and green-certified cleaners.
